Welcome to ShoppingSuru. These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the ShoppingSuru website, marketplace, products, services, and related features.
ShoppingSuru operates as an online fashion marketplace that facilitates transactions between independent vendors and customers.
ShoppingSuru provides the digital marketplace, order-management and customer-service environment and may facilitate payment, delivery, returns, exchanges, refunds, and other transaction-related services.
Vendors remain responsible for the legality, authenticity, quality, accuracy, packaging, availability and fulfilment of the products they list, subject to ShoppingSuru's obligations under applicable law.
ShoppingSuru is operated by:
Required business and e-commerce information may be displayed or updated on the platform in accordance with applicable Nepalese law.
By accessing ShoppingSuru, registering an account, browsing products, placing an order, purchasing a product, becoming a vendor, or using another feature of the platform, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to the applicable terms and policies.
If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use ShoppingSuru.
When creating an account, you must provide information that is accurate, complete and reasonably current.
ShoppingSuru may suspend or restrict an account where there is reasonable evidence of fraud, abuse, unlawful activity, security risk, or serious violation of these Terms.
Products displayed on ShoppingSuru may be supplied by independent vendors. The relevant vendor is responsible for providing accurate product information and fulfilling the applicable order.
Product listings should accurately describe the relevant item, including, where applicable:
Product appearance may vary slightly because of lighting, photography, monitor settings or device displays. Such minor visual differences do not by themselves establish that the product is materially different from its listing.
Vendors must list only products that they are legally permitted to sell and must not knowingly list counterfeit, stolen, unlawfully obtained, misleadingly described, or otherwise prohibited products.
A vendor must ensure that the product supplied matches the applicable listing and order.
ShoppingSuru may remove or restrict listings and may suspend or terminate vendors where there are reasonable grounds to suspect counterfeit goods, fraud, material misrepresentation, repeated customer complaints, or other serious marketplace violations.
Product prices shown on ShoppingSuru are the prices applicable to the product at the time the customer places the order, subject to stock availability and correction of genuine pricing or technical errors.
Applicable delivery charges, discounts, vouchers, taxes, and other customer-facing charges will be displayed or otherwise communicated before the order is finalized where required.
Promotional offers are subject to their stated terms and validity periods.
By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.
An order may be subject to vendor stock confirmation, payment confirmation, fraud checks, product availability, and other reasonable transaction requirements.
ShoppingSuru may cancel an order where:
Where a prepaid order is cancelled by ShoppingSuru or the vendor and a refund is due, the applicable refund will be processed in accordance with the Refund, Return & Exchange Policy.
Customers may request cancellation before dispatch, subject to the product's stated cancellation terms and applicable law.
Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be available. This does not remove any separate right to return, exchange or receive a refund where applicable.
ShoppingSuru currently intends to provide delivery within the following launch service areas:

The actual applicable delivery charge will be shown during the order process.
Delivery times are estimates unless a specific delivery commitment is expressly provided. Delays may occur due to traffic, weather, courier disruptions, public emergencies, natural events, or other circumstances outside reasonable control.
Customers are responsible for providing a reasonably accurate delivery address and reachable contact information.
ShoppingSuru provides returns, exchanges and refunds according to the applicable product terms, ShoppingSuru's Refund, Return & Exchange Policy, and applicable Nepalese law.
A return or exchange may be available where a product:
Where ShoppingSuru permits a discretionary return or exchange and the issue is genuinely attributable to the customer, such as selecting the wrong size despite accurate product information, the customer may be responsible for the applicable return or re-delivery cost.
Where the issue is attributable to the vendor, such as sending the wrong item or a defective product, the vendor may be responsible for the applicable return or re-delivery cost in accordance with ShoppingSuru's Vendor Agreement.
Unless a different period is clearly stated for a particular product or required by applicable law, eligible return requests should be submitted within 7 days from the date of delivery.
The applicable return conditions, excluded categories, customer-fault and vendor-fault rules are described in our Refund, Return & Exchange Policy.
Where a refund is approved, ShoppingSuru will normally return the applicable amount through the original payment method where technically and lawfully feasible.
Where the original payment method cannot reasonably be used, ShoppingSuru may use another appropriate refund method.
Refund processing time can depend on the payment provider, banking system, return inspection, and other transaction factors.
Products supplied through ShoppingSuru may be supplied by independent vendors.
Vendors must separately agree to the ShoppingSuru Vendor Agreement / Terms for Vendors before selling through the marketplace.
Vendor obligations include, among other things, accurate listings, lawful products, inventory accuracy, proper packaging, order fulfilment, cooperation with valid returns and refunds, and compliance with ShoppingSuru marketplace standards.
ShoppingSuru may classify the cause of a return, exchange, delivery problem, or complaint based on the order information, available evidence, customer information, vendor response, photographs or other appropriate information.

Classification will not be used to remove a customer's statutory rights.
Reviews and ratings should represent genuine customer experiences.
Users and vendors must not:
ShoppingSuru may remove or restrict reviews that violate the Reviews & Ratings Policy, applicable law, or reasonable content standards.
You must not use ShoppingSuru for fraudulent, unlawful, abusive, or malicious purposes.
Prohibited conduct includes, without limitation:
ShoppingSuru's original website design, branding, logos, software, graphics, text, interface elements and other original materials are owned by ShoppingSuru or used under applicable permission or licence.
Vendors remain responsible for ensuring that the photographs, videos, descriptions, logos, trademarks and other content they upload can lawfully be used.

ShoppingSuru collects, uses, stores and shares personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy and applicable law.
Information necessary to fulfil an order may be provided to the relevant vendor, delivery provider, payment provider, technology provider, or other party involved in completing the transaction.
Vendors must use customer information only for legitimate order fulfilment and permitted customer-service purposes.
Customers may contact ShoppingSuru regarding order problems, delivery, returns, refunds, product issues, payments or other marketplace concerns.
Please use the contact information displayed on our Contact Us page or the applicable Customer Complaints & Grievance Policy.
ShoppingSuru may request order numbers, photographs, transaction details, vendor information or other reasonable evidence necessary to investigate a complaint.
Promotions, vouchers, campaign discounts and special offers are subject to their individual conditions, eligibility requirements, validity periods, stock availability and other disclosed terms.
A vendor may be responsible for discounts or promotional costs where agreed between the vendor and ShoppingSuru.
ShoppingSuru will not intentionally advertise misleading discounts or promotions.
Product position, search results, recommendations and featured sections may be influenced by factors such as relevance, availability, customer interest, ratings, fulfilment performance, promotional activity, campaigns, or other marketplace criteria.
ShoppingSuru may provide paid or preferential promotional placement where commercially offered, subject to applicable disclosure requirements.
ShoppingSuru may use third-party providers for payment processing, delivery, hosting, analytics, communication, security and other services.
Third-party services may have their own terms and privacy practices. Customers should review the relevant provider's information where applicable.
ShoppingSuru aims to keep the platform operational and reliable but does not guarantee that the website will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free or free of technical problems.
ShoppingSuru may temporarily suspend or restrict parts of the platform for maintenance, security, upgrades, repairs, technical failures, or circumstances outside reasonable control.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, ShoppingSuru will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from use of the website or marketplace.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under Nepalese law.
Vendors remain responsible for their own products, listings, representations, fulfilment and obligations under their Vendor Agreement, subject to applicable law.
ShoppingSuru may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to an account where there are reasonable grounds involving:
Account termination does not automatically extinguish obligations relating to outstanding transactions, refunds, disputes, payment obligations, confidentiality, privacy, intellectual property, or legal compliance.
ShoppingSuru may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to the platform, business model, legal requirements, marketplace procedures, or other legitimate reasons.
The updated version will be published on this page with an updated effective or revision date where appropriate.
Where applicable law requires additional notice for a material change, ShoppingSuru will provide such notice through an appropriate channel.
These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Nepal.
Nothing in these Terms prevents a customer, vendor, or other person from exercising a right or remedy available under applicable Nepalese law.
If a specific policy contains more detailed rules for a particular transaction matter, that policy should be read together with these Terms.

Legal notice: This policy is designed as a marketplace policy framework for ShoppingSuru and should be reviewed by a Nepal-qualified legal professional before launch to confirm compliance with the Electronic Commerce Act, 2081, Electronic Commerce Directive, 2082, Consumer Protection Act, 2075, Privacy Act, 2075, applicable tax requirements, and other laws/regulations applicable to the business.
